Below you will find information on accommodation packages and links to booking. Please note that you will only find shuttle buses to the venue from our official ECA Canoe Marathon Hotels.

 

Hotel reservation deadline is Friday June 6, 2022 however, we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred hotel category.

ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES

The accommodation package fee includes:

  • Accommodation
  • Participation fee
  • Three meals per day (breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Lunch at the Regatta venue).
  • Shuttle bus service connecting the regatta course and the official hotels during the access period according to timetable

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hotel reservation deadline is Friday June 6, 2022 however, we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred hotel category.
 
Full payment by credit card upon reservation/registration. An invoice will be forwarded shortly after reservation including an online link for credit card payment.
 
All fees are referred to in EURO and are including 25% Danish VAT. All payments should be made in EURO.
 
Please keep in mind that because of limited availability of hotel rooms in various categories reservations will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis which means your team will be redirected to a different hotel within the category
as long as availability allows it. Thereafter, we will redirect to another category when available.
 
The organizing committee does not take responsibility for any extra services of the hotel, such as the minibar, parking, telephone, etc. These costs are to be paid directly to the hotel. Check-in time is 3:00PM. The rooms are to be vacated by 10:00AM on the day of departure (Upon request the hotels will provide storage rooms for an additional fee).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Should you cancel your reservation/registration, a charge will be made equivalent to any loss suffered by the Organizing committee, as stated below. The amount of any cancellation fee will be calculated as a percentage of the accommodation fee according to the following period of notice given:

No forfeit if cancelled before May 24, 2022 (60 days).

50% forfeit if cancelled in the period of May 24, 2022 and June 8, 2022 (60-45 days).

100% forfeit if cancelled after June 9, 2021 (45 days)
