ONLY PARTICIPATION

If you arrange your own accommodation please remember to pay for your participation fee/accreditation (25 EURO per person per day) by sending an email with your country name, contact information, name of participants and amount of days to: 2023@kano-kajak.dk. Thereafter, you will receive an invoice to be paid before arrival to Denmark. It is also possible to order lunch for 20 EURO per person per day.

NOMINAL AND NUMERICAL ENTRIES

Please use the online entry system (SDP) of the ICF to submit nominal and numerical entries: http://icf.msl.es/icf/main.jsp (only for National Teams – Masters do not use this system).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hotel reservation deadline is Monday July 17, 2023 however, we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred hotel category.

Payment 50% by booking time. The remaining will be due by July 16, 2023.

All fees are referred to in EURO and are including 25% Danish VAT. All payments should be made in EURO.

Please keep in mind that because of limited availability of hotel rooms in various categories reservations will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis which means your team will be redirected to a different hotel within the category
as long as availability allows it. Thereafter, we will redirect to another category when available.

The organizing committee does not take responsibility for any extra services of the hotel, such as the minibar, parking, telephone, etc. These costs are to be paid directly to the hotel. Check-in time is 3:00PM. The rooms are to be vacated by 10:00AM on the day of departure (Upon request the hotels will provide storage rooms for an additional fee).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Should you cancel your reservation/registration, a charge will be made equivalent to any loss suffered by the Organizing committee, as stated below. The amount of any cancellation fee will be calculated as a percentage of the accommodation fee according to the following period of notice given:

No forfeit if cancelled before July 17, 2023. After July 17, you will be charged 100% of your booking.
