Airport pick-up service from Billund Airport (ONLY) to the venue/official ICF hotels upon arrival and from venue/hotel upon departure: € 25 per person/return trip. Pick up / drop off is available from August 25, 2023 to September 4, 2023.

Billund International Airport is a convenient choice when traveling to the Triangle Region and Jels. The distance between Billund Airport and Vejen is just 50 kilometers. Besides ordinary air traffic the Billund Airport has budget flights and thereby cheap access to more than 40 international flight destinations.
Visitors can also travel to Billund International Airport with a connecting flight from Copenhagen International Airport.
Vejen is strategically located and well connected to the rest of Europe making domestic and international travel by car or train easy.
All major road networks of Europe connect to the Triangle Region. Vejen is located only 70 kilometers from Germany and is 250 kilometers north of Hamburg, Germany. The Triangle Region is linked to the rest of Europe by rail with frequent connections to major cities in Europe.
